Yes! Most of my work is as powerful from a distance as it is in person. I offer virtual sessions via Zoom, so you can experience the benefits of Biofield Tuning and energy work no matter where you live. Many clients actually prefer the comfort of receiving sessions from their own home.

I do my best to respond within 24 hours on weekdays. If you contact me over the weekend or during a holiday, I’ll reply the next business day.

Yes! I offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. This is a chance for us to connect, talk about your intentions, and see if my offerings are the right fit for you — no pressure, just conversation.

Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore. Wear comfortable clothing and set aside dedicated time in a space that’s free of distractions. You don’t need to bring anything special — simply arriving with curiosity and the intention to support your own healing is the best preparation.

At Stillwater Healing, I honor your time and mine. When you book a session, that time is reserved just for you. Life happens, and sometimes plans change — here’s how I handle cancellations and rescheduling:

24-Hour Notice
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the space to someone else who may be waiting.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without communication, will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling
Because sessions are a sacred container set aside just for you, rescheduling within 24 hours is treated the same as a late cancellation, and the session fee will apply. You are welcome to book a new time whenever you are ready.

Emergencies
I understand that true emergencies happen. Please reach out if something unexpected arises, and we’ll handle it on a case-by-case basis.

Package Sessions
The same cancellation and rescheduling guidelines apply to package sessions as to individual sessions.
